It was very easy to upload my picture of my house right from my computer.  I choose a picture from my Mom's house of her Christmas tree.  I then was able to choose from several Santa poses to add to my own image.  There were about 20 different Santa poses to choose from.

I was able to resize and rotate the Santa image as needed to best fit my background picture.  They also have a setting to change the color and brightness of their Santa to make it look like Santa really was there.  They have border choices that you can also add to your photo, but they recommend that you do not use their border if you plan to print the image on 4x6 prints since the border would get cut off at development.  They mention that you can easily use a photo Kiosk at the place you print your photos from to add a border.

Once I was finished and finalized my image I was told that a link would be sent to my email to download the photo.  I checked my email and it was there immediately.  I followed the link to the page where I was able to download my image.

As a special offer my readers will receive 25% off (regularly $9.99) when using the code DEW-DROP during checkout!

Swag Bucks

Swag Bucks is a website where you earn their "Bucks" for searching, watching videos, doing offers and more.  You then use the bucks to redeem prizes.

Swag Bucks

I kept seeing posts from my Facebook friends about them winning Swag Bucks, so finally I decided to give it a shot.  At first Swag Bucks was having some technical difficulties, so I was not able to sign up right away.  I patiently waited a couple days and the site was back up and running.  After signing up, I installed a toolbar for Firefox.  I earn 1 "buck" everyday just for having the toolbar.  I also changed my home page to Swag Bucks search instead of Google.  After a few days of using the Swag Bucks search engine, I did notice that the searches were not exactly the same as Google, so I did change my home page back to Google.  I will still use the search with Swag Bucks, if there is something I am searching for I will use the Swag Bucks search first, and if I am not finding what I am looking for I will go back to Google.  So far since joining on Sept. 25th, I have earned 394 bucks just from searches.

You also can earn bucks from doing surveys, you even earn one buck just for going to the survey page each day, even if you don't have any surveys to do.  So far I have earned 340 bucks from doing surveys.  Sometimes there will be surveys that you do not qualify for.  They have also had some issues with surveys telling people that the survey had meet it's quota half way through the survey.  Swag Bucks has set up a special drawing though when that happens for 1000 SB (Swag Bucks), so at least when it does happen I don't feel so bad.

That brings me to the Swagstakes.  Swagstakes are drawings that you can enter to win prizes with your Swag Bucks, for instance I entered for a chance to win a 32 gig ipod touch for 20 SB.  Entering to win a prize costs way less SB than it would be to redeem the prize.  For comparison there is an 8 gig ipod touch for 22,999 SB.

So far I have used my SB to redeem two $5 Amazon.com gift cards.  I have also entered into a few Swagstakes.  I am only 46 bucks away from my next Amazon gift card.

Swag Bucks is a fun way to earn some prizes online, I am not super aggressive with it, and I have already earned two (almost three) $5 Amazon.com gift cards. If you have not already signed up, what are you waiting for?  It's fun and it's free!  Click here to join.

Printable Christmas Games

Printable Christmas Games

Over 50 files of Christmas related printable games for kids and adults. Crossword puzzles, words search puzzles, trivia quizzes, and more.

I was taken to a website where I was able to download several files to print out myself.  My first thought was that it was a lot of files to download and it would have been nice to have one zip file to download.  In the email I got, it did state that the best way for them to give out the printouts was in individual files due to their size, so I do understand that.  My problem was since the list was so big I had trouble remembering which file I was at, so I ended up opening the same file a couple times only to find out I had already downloaded it.  It would be nice if there was a better way to download them, it might have been easier if the files were numbered, because I think it would have been easier to remember which number I was on.  Also, I noticed that the file name was different on some than the name listed on the website, so I wasn't able to go to my files to see if I had already downloaded that file.

I printed off a few of the trivia quizzes to quiz my family at Thanksgiving.  We did a couple quizzes, they had fun with the quizzes.  I also printed off a couple of the word search and crossword puzzles and I did enjoy doing them.  The kids had fun with the mazes.

Of all the files I would say there were probably about 10 that I was interested in.  I don't know that I would pay $19.95 for those files.  To me that price seems a little steep for something that I am printing off myself.

Cherry Limeade Creations

Monogrammed and applique'd items for babies and children. Prices range from $15-18 for shirts and onesies, includes the shirt.

You can find her page on Facebook:
Cherry Limeade Creations

I purchased these two shirts for my daughter's 2nd birthday party.  I had specific color shirts that I wanted to use, so I bought the shirts myself and sent them to her.  I got a discount on the shirts since she did not need to provide the shirts.

I was doing a puppy theme, and found this puppy applique an applique design website.  I did pay extra to have that applique because she needed to purchase the design, but I was happy to do that so I could get exactly what I wanted.

For Thanksgiving I ordered another onesie and shirt for each of my daughters.   I absolutely adore the turkey with the ribbons, I had seen pictures of other ones she made and knew that was what I wanted for my two year old for Thanksgiving.  For the 4 month old I couldn't decide on that turkey and the turkey in the next picture.  Finally I decided on the other turkey and I couldn't be happier.  I thought it would be better for an infant so the ribbons wouldn't get in her way. Plus I thought that design was more fitting for an infant.  I sent several emails back and forth with the designer, she was very helpful in helping me choose my fabrics.  I wanted something fall like, and something similar to the colors for the two year old's shirt.  She even sent me a text image of the shirts when they were finished.
The pictures do not do these shirts justice, they are even cuter in person.  Her turn around time ranges from 3-4 weeks, but she will do rush orders for an additional charge.

Her customer service is great, she was very helpful and tolerant of my being choosy over the colors.  The price of the shirts is what I would have spent on shirts at a department store and I got something much cuter and custom.  I love the shirts!
